Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for purchasing the Encryptoza membership! We try to ensure that our members have a rewarding experience while they discover and access all courses and resources on the Encryptoza platform.

In order to qualify for a full refund the following must apply:

  • The membership level must be a Premium or VIP membership
  • The cancellation must take place within 30 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation
  • A reasonable reason for cancellation must be provided

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All cancellations will be dealt on an individual merit basis.

Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 30 day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.

How to request a refund?

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at [email protected] with your email address and order registered username and provide us with the package details you selected upon registration.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 working days.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise or if the aforementioned fails we will try and work with you to refund you using other means acceptable. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement accept any bank fees that we will not be liable for.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
