1. Compliance with Affiliate Network Guidelines
All affiliates must adhere to the promotional guidelines of Digistore24, WarriorPlus, and JVZoo, including ethical marketing practices, proper disclosure, and compliance with all applicable laws. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
2. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates MUST NOT engage in the following:
- ❌ Spam & Unsolicited Email Marketing: All email promotions must be sent only to your own opt-in list. The use of solo ads, safe lists, bulk email purchases, or spam is strictly prohibited.
- ❌ Misleading Advertising: False claims, fake testimonials, or exaggerations about our products, including unrealistic income guarantees. FTC guidelines must be followed at all times.
- ❌ Negative PPC Campaigns: Bidding on keywords such as “Encryptoza scam” or similar phrases that portray the company or products in a negative light.
- ❌ Unauthorized Traffic Sources: No promotion through fraudulent or deceptive means, including bots, click fraud, or incentivized traffic.
- ❌ Direct Linking & Improper Hoplink Use: You must use the official affiliate links from Digistore24, WarriorPlus, or JVZoo. Direct linking to Encryptoza.com without an affiliate ID is not allowed.
3. Approved Marketing Strategies
- ✔ Use the provided bonus page in email and website campaigns instead of linking directly to your affiliate link. This improves conversions and increases your commissions.
- ✔ iFrames, review sites, and cloaked domains are allowed ONLY if they do not use offensive, misleading, or negative domain URLs.
4. Affiliate Commission Structure & Payments
- Commission Rate: 55% per sale
- Chargebacks & Refunds: Any refunded or disputed sales will result in commission reversals.
5. Affiliate Termination & Forfeiture of Commissions
Encryptoza reserves the right to terminate any affiliate who violates these terms. If terminated, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited without recourse. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
- ❌ Violation of these Affiliate Terms & Conditions
- ❌ Use of prohibited promotional methods
- ❌ Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing
